On the relevant and specific guidelines of Law 30 of 1992, the Development Plan of the University of Magdalena and the Educational Project of the Basic Sciences Faculty created the Biology program. All the above to fill the program requirements and perspectives, in compliance to the students’ training needs, tendencies and technological developments given at regional, national and world level.
