Preparation of:

Certificate of non-existence of disciplinary proceedings or sanctions

Fee: COP $9,700

Steps:

  1. Download the payment slip through the following link:

  2. The applicant must submit the request via email to: verificaciondetitulo@unimagdalena.edu.co, indicating full name(s), identification number, academic program completed, student code, phone number, email address, and attaching a copy of the payment slip.

  3. The General Secretariat will send a response to your request via email within five (5) business days.


Degree Certificate

Fee: COP $18,500

Steps:

  1. Download the payment slip through the following link:

  2. The applicant must submit the request via email to: verificaciondetitulo@unimagdalena.edu.co, indicating full name(s), identification number, degree or certificate awarded, graduation date, phone number, email address, and attaching a copy of the payment slip.

  3. The General Secretariat will send a response to your request via email within five (5) business days.


Copy of Graduation Record

Fee: COP $18,500

Steps:

  2. The applicant must submit the request via email to: gestiondegrados@unimagdalena.edu.co, indicating full name(s), identification number, degree or certificate awarded, graduation date, phone number, email address, and attaching a copy of the payment slip.

  3. The General Secretariat will send a response to your request via email within five (5) business days.


Duplicate Diploma

Fee: COP $180,000

Steps:

  2. The applicant must submit the request via email to: gestiondegrados@unimagdalena.edu.co, indicating full name(s), identification number, degree or certificate awarded, graduation date, phone number, email address, and attaching a copy of the payment slip.

  3. The General Secretariat will send a response to your request via email within ten (10) business days.


Authentication

Fee: COP $1,600 per page.

Requests must be submitted to the General Secretariat through the official communication channels of the University.
